These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of kleonholdings.com (the “Site”), operated by Kleon Financial Holdings (“Kleon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
