This Privacy Policy explains how Kleon Financial Holdings (“Kleon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kleonholdings.com (the “Site”). This policy applies only to the Site. Clients of our portfolio companies receive separate privacy notices that govern those relationships.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and protect it against abuse.
Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the Site from malicious traffic.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about potential partnerships or business opportunities;
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

- Service providers. We use Cloudflare to host and secure the Site and Web3Forms to deliver contact form submissions to our team by email. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
- Affiliates. If your inquiry relates to one of our portfolio companies, we may share it with that company so it can respond.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a request from a regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kleon, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Data Retention
We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, or longer where required by law or regulation. Technical logs held by our hosting provider are kept for limited periods in line with that provider’s practices.
Data Security
The Site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive information, such as account numbers or government identification, through the contact form.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted through the Site, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, contact us as described below.
International Visitors
Kleon is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised effective date.
